2. Description of Service
Reflectie is a reading and reflection platform that allows users to track reading, reflect on reading, and share content with others.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you create, post, or share on Reflectie.
By submitting content, you grant Reflectie a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute that content within the platform.
Reflectie does not claim ownership of your content.
4. Content Guidelines
You agree not to post content that:
- is unlawful, abusive, or harmful
- infringes on intellectual property rights
- contains harassment or threats
Reflectie reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Reflectie is not liable for any unauthorized access.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Reflectie may offer paid subscriptions.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- Pricing may change in the future
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
7. Beta Access
Reflectie may be offered in beta form.
The service may:
- contain bugs
- change at any time
- be modified or discontinued without notice
8. No Guarantees
Reflectie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted service
- data preservation
- accuracy of any insights or reflections
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Reflectie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal harm arising from use of the service.
10. Termination
Reflectie may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason, without notice.
11. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Reflectie constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
